THE PROCESS

1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • -Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience insights.
  • -Brainstorm content ideas aligned with business goals (e.g. promotional, educational, behind-the-scenes, user-generated).
  • -Coordinate with teams (marketing, design, product) to align messaging.

2. Content Production (Shoot & Edit)

  • -Plan shoots: Schedule locations, time, and establish type of content
  • -Execute production: Capture photo/video content with professional equipment
  • -Edit content: Optimize visuals for each platform (format, subtitles, graphics).
  • -Draft captions: Include copywriting, CTAs, emojis, and hashtags tailored to the brand voice.

3. Scheduling & Publishing

  • -Upload content to scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite)
  • -Set optimal posting times based on audience analytics.
  • -Ensure platform formatting is correct (tagging, link previews, alt-text, etc.).
  • -Coordinate approval processes with clients

4. Community & Engagement Management

  • -Monitor comments, DMs, mentions in real time.
  • -Respond and engage with followers using the brand voice.
  • -Moderate discussions and escalate issues when needed.
